Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
The 2017 differs 2016, due to a higher percentage of Viognier and more time in stainless steel barrels. This is the most we’ve added to this blend to date. It has produced a wine that is broad and rich on the palate, yet still keeps a vibrant acidity on the finish. The aromatics are dominated by white flowers, citrus leaf, nectarine, honeycomb and lemon custard coupled with notes of sweet spices, and hazelnuts.
