This wine is a blend of 3 varietals with roots in the southern Rhone Valley. This is patterned after the white wines from the Cotes du Rhone and includes varietals such as Roussanne, Viognier, and Grenache Blanc. Each varietal brings a unique characteristic to the blend, resulting in a balanced and pleasing finished wine.

Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
The 2017 differs 2016, due to a higher percentage of Viognier and more time in stainless steel barrels. This is the most we’ve added to this blend to date. It has produced a wine that is broad and rich on the palate, yet still keeps a vibrant acidity on the finish. The aromatics are dominated by white flowers, citrus leaf, nectarine, honeycomb and lemon custard coupled with notes of sweet spices, and hazelnuts.
Winemaker's Notes
We start out with several lots, some co-fermented, while most varietals are kept separate. We ferment in a combination of stainless steel barrels and French oak (mostly neutral). The wine rests on its gross lees until being blended together at bottling after 7 months in barrel.
